1. Scope
This policy covers orders placed on digivarasolutions.in for:
- Website design & development
- Social content strategy & management
- Email marketing & automations
- Support retainers and other consulting services
It applies to one-time purchases and ongoing subscriptions unless stated otherwise below.
2. 7-Day Cancellation Window
You may request a cancellation within 7 calendar days of your initial purchase or the start of a new billing cycle (as applicable). If approved, we will cancel the service and process a refund in line with the eligibility rules below.
- Initial purchases: 7 days from payment confirmation.
- Renewals: 7 days from the start of the renewed term/cycle.
3. Eligibility & Exceptions
To qualify for a cancellation and refund:
- You must submit your request within the 7-day window.
- The service must not have been substantially consumed or delivered.
Non-refundable items/activities (costs already incurred or assets provisioned specifically for you):
- Third-party fees (e.g., domains, hosting, paid plugins, ad spend, email/SMS credits).
- Completed milestones, approved deliverables, or hours already logged.
- Custom development or integrations already delivered or deployed.
- Expedited/priority fees.
Where partial work has begun, we may issue a partial refund after deducting fair charges for time/materials used and any non-refundable third-party costs.
4. How to Request
Email our support team within the 7-day window:
Include the following so we can process your request quickly:
- Order ID / payment reference and date
- Service name/plan
- Reason for cancellation (optional but helpful)
We’ll acknowledge your request and may ask for clarifications if needed.
5. Refund Method & Timeline
- Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method via our payment processor.
- Timeline: We typically initiate approved refunds within 5–10 business days of approval. Your bank/card provider may take additional time to post the credit.
- Currency & fees: Refunds are processed in INR. Any bank fees, currency conversion differences, or gateway charges are not controlled by us.
6. Subscriptions & Renewals
- Cancel anytime: You can request cancellation at any time. If submitted within 7 days of a renewal, we’ll cancel and consider a refund per the eligibility rules.
- Mid-cycle cancellations: If you cancel after the 7-day window, the subscription remains active until the end of the paid term, and no refund is due for the remainder of the cycle unless required by law.
- Auto-renewal: If enabled, future renewals will be stopped once cancellation is confirmed.
7. Project-Based Work (Fixed-fee / Milestone)
- Before kickoff: Full refund within 7 days.
- After kickoff: We will deduct for completed milestones, approved deliverables, time already spent, and non-refundable third-party costs. Any remaining balance may be refunded.
- Deliverables: On cancellation, access to work-in-progress files may be limited to what has been paid for.
8. Chargebacks
If you file a chargeback without first contacting us, we may suspend associated services pending resolution. We’re always happy to help resolve billing issues directly at support@digivarasolutions.in.

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. The latest version will always be available on this page and will show the updated date at the top.
